With not a smile among them, these little Chinese boys face the camera before they walk on to the arena in the International Settlement in Shangai, where they gave an athletic display recently. They are some of the 60.000 Chinese refugees, mostly women and children, who are still housed in relief camps in the Settlement. They are very young but in spite of that they are war veterans".
